COMMUNICATION

COMMUNICATION.
Expressing our wants, feelings, thoughts and opinions clearly and effectively is only half of the communication process needed for interpersonal efecctiveness. When a person decides to communicate with another person to fulfill a need.
Usually it is important to paraphrase and use our own words in verbalizing our understanding of the message.
Effective communication exists between two or more people when the receiver interprets and understands the sender´s message in the same way the sender intended it.

LEVELS OF COMMUNICATION
Listening is a critical element in the componet language performance of adult second language learners, listening to learn has become an importan element in the adult English as a second language classroom.
Listening effectively is difficult because people vary in thier communication skills, and often have different needs, wants and purposes for interacting, but if we are interested in hearing and undesrsatanding the other person´s point of view, we can undertand correctly It so the most important is to have open our mind, when we do a veritication or feedback process when we listening a message increase chances for successuful listsening.
to listen effectively, we must be actively involved in the communication process an not just listening passively.
